Update

Hello everyone.
As I write this message, it is 10:49AM where I live. I've only been awake... 30 minutes, and I'm already angry with a lot of things. New personal best for myself, heh.
I apologise, for I cannot respond to many messages or look at your deviations for a while, as our broadband has been slowed from 100 KBP/S down to I believe it's something like 18 KBP/S? Yes, so I cannot do many other things either, like read latest manga updates from MangaFox.com and yeh.
As a result of the internet being slowed to that of a snail's pace, I will not be submitting any pictures. There is also another factor affecting my artistic output: on Thursday night, a 15 year old boy was killed in his backyard. He was using his powertools during the rainstorm that was spreading over the district. Water managed to leak into his shed, and he was electricuted. Imediate attempts to revive him failed. This boy was in my year level, at my school. I was never aquianted with him, but earlier that day, as a part of his subject, cooked a meal for a select few students from his school. I was one of these students. After the meal, I had never thanked him for it, and thus have been feeling guilty ever since. Because of this, I am not in the best of moods -- and also friend-trouble has been bothering me.
I apologise for art trades that are well overdue. I will work on them as soon as I can.

On a lighter note, I went surfing on Wednesday, near Wilsons Prom. It's the second time I've tried to surf, and I didn't do too badly. I am burnt to a crisp though, which sucks.

As some of you may know, news of yet another Naruto timeskip has begin to spread. It is confirmed that the main characters' ages will be 19. What's quite ironic, is that I had drawn some of my character's about that age, before I heard this new. So once my internet connection has been speeded back up -- which won't be until a bit after next month I believe -- I shall submit them.

I think it's relitively cheap, because I've seen people charging more. I hope that's an alright price?

Alright, so ten points about myself... I need to think of some first. Uh...

1) I sleep with the same plush bunny that I had when I was born. Her name is Bun Bun, and I love her~
2) I love cicadas, praying mantis and stick insects -- however my father is mortal afraid of them.
3) Girl Guide of almost five years. And I'll be attending a camp on January 3rd to the 9th in 2010, for the International Centenery Event. [Let me know if you're attending also -- though I highly doubt anyone that watches me does, haha]
4) I'm short-sighted, but only wear my glasses when I really have to. I'll have to next year when I start learning to drive.
5) Everyday I wear the Winter Uniform to school (navy bootleg pants, while polo shirt and navy jumper), no matter the weather -- unless it's unbearably hot.
6) I love bubble wrap!
7) Secret fangirl of Sailor Moon.
8) I am a lot more polite over DevArt than I am in person.
9) I'm that un-Australian that I hate Vegemite, snags (sausages), football, red meat in general, beer and the sun. Yet I adore Midnight Oil -- one of the best bands in Australian history.
10) I have a strange fettish for ducks. I find them unbearably adorable.

Update

So my last update was, about five days ago. In that time, we found two orphaned wild ducklings. But one died this morning. His name was Pee, the other's name King -- as in Peeking Duck. But I guess that's how life works. We're still finding a good name for the remaining duck. I have a few ideas, but I'm not highly sure on what to name it. Meh.
Ummm, oh! I've sketched out the next three pages of my doujinshi, and have half-lined two so far. It'll be a day or soo before the next page is up, because I'm trying to replay through Naruto: Rise of a Ninja. I deleted my finished game! *facepalms*

Well, quite a lot has happened since I last updated my journal.
I went to a Youth Group, was again eaten alive by mosquitos. Discovered Vicks cream, which you use for things like colds and yeh, is good to apply to the itching bites.
I had my braces removed on the Wednesday that just passed. And am enjoying it thorougly.
Anndddd~
I started my first doujinshi (fan-comic) project!
I said to myself that it must be in full colour so I can work on my backgrounds and lighting effects. I can't promise it will run for long. It's just a little something that I thought of doing. So yes, sortakindanot expect too many pages, haha.

Now, back to the pile of homework I need to complete.

Oh dear God, I'm still aching from hiking last Friday!
*rubs backside*
The three-hour hike took us, just over two of which means one thing:
We were going too fast for my liking!
I was knackered after the first slope which was - I swear - a 100m high, 25-20 degree incline! *sigh* We didn't see the random bull though...
